Bugs:

Map boundary is not completely defined, character can walk out of bounds (There is a purple wall to the right which can be clicked and the player may escape)

Strengths:

Eyes following the mouse pointer give personality to the character. The realistic eyeballs in contrast to the pixelated character gives a strange feeling that helps make the game feel more creepy

Weaknesses:

Moving from one location to another takes a lot of time, its unclear what the game intends the user to do as there aren't any pointers for where the character should go.

Change or Improvements:

More detail in the textures used, possibly an update in walking speed or change in map length, something to tell the user what or where they should go

Bugs: You are able to walk off the map when you go right at the start, and sometimes one eye moves faster than the other

Strengths: Love the creepy realistic eyes, the puzzle was unique too

Weaknesses: Objective unclear at the start, and plain coloured blocks are too simple

Changes or Improvements: Add invisible obstacles or an idle animation

Bugs: There are times where one of the eyes moves faster than the other one. It is also possible for the player to leave the boundaries of the map.

Strengths: The game is quite simple to play and quite short too, but maybe convey the message that clicking on the purple walls will make them disappear, either by having a simple piece of text or having an instructions screen at the beginning of the game.

I do like how the freaky eyes follow you wherever you move the mouse pointer.

The art style is also quite simplistic, except for the eyes following the mouse pointer looking quite photorealistic.

Weaknesses: It's not completely clear what you need to do in order to progress with the game. Plain coloured blocks are too simplistic.

Improvements: One way to improve this game would be to have arrows pointing in the direction that the player needs to go.

Bugs: Can't find any bugs from what I played.

Strengths: Smooth controls and movement with a clear goal. I like the eyes.

Weaknesses: Very simple visual style makes the game feel a bit unfinished.

Changes: You could add a background or something to help improve the visual style.

bugs: none that I can see.

Strengths: I thought that making the eyes follow the cursor was a good feature.

Weaknesses: Confused on where to go at the start and walked out the map, also did not realise you need to click on the purple walls.

Changes or Improvements: animations and visual style could be improved with extra detail.

Bugs, you can walk thro the wall.

What are the best parts of the game, the characters eyes.

Weaknesses the character walks very slowly.

 Changes or Improvements the speed

bugs: I didn't see any bugs with the game

strengths: I like the simplistic nature of this game but that does come with its own downsides

weaknesses: could so with a bit more in the design. this can rope players into the game a lot more as design is always something that interests me a lot more than game play.

  1. Bugs: I couldn't find any bugs
  2. Strengths:  The simplicity of the player model was great, the creepy eyes added a lot to the design.
  3. Weaknesses: The lack of environmental detail took away from the creepy factor of the game.
  4. Changes or Improvements: Some added detail would be great

-Only bug I could find was to break the puzzle at the end, thus not allowing me any further.

++Eyes are well creepy , adds a lot to the game

-little bit of work on the graphics so items are easier identified.

  1. Bugs: I think everything acted as intended.
  2. Strengths: The idea for the story is interesting and I think the visual style (if it matches the character) will turn out well once finished.
  3. Weaknesses: At the start, I was lost on direction. I ran right and then out of the map rather than left.
  4. Changes or Improvements: I would probably put an invisible barrier to the right of the spawn so that the player won't do what I did.

I like how you get prompts and are able to interact with the environment. The puzzle was cool and original.

The art style is interesting, using pixel-art to limit the detail on the surroundings.

I think if there was a more linear storyline it would be slightly faster, as it is quite slow in having to walk around not knowing what to do.

Bugs Describe briefly and accurately any bugs (errors or problems) you spotted in your test

Didn't encounter any bugs

Strengths (visual style, animations, sounds, gameplay) What are the best parts of the game?

The eyes are the best part, interesting feature, also like the interactivity of the environment.

Weaknesses (visual style, animations, sounds, gameplay) What is the weakest part of the game?

I think the visuals of the walls and furniture are the weakest parts as they are plain blocks.

Changes or Improvements Are there any (small and reasonable) changes or improvements you would recommend?

I'm confused about the blocks at the end, not sure which pattern to make with them so I just spammed click, maybe a clear sign on what to do there?

Bugs/Errors: I found that you are able to go to the right and leave the area entirely by clicking on the door.

Strengths: The characters realistic eyes that follow your mouse around are creepy, and that's a good thing.

Weaknesses: I couldn't really tell what the objects in the environment were supposed to be.

Changes or improvements: Telling the player that they can click on the doors would help out with directing the player. Redesigning the objects in the house to make it more clear what they should be would also help out.

As far as i could see there were no bugs.

I like the mechanics a lot and the puzzle was really good and added to the gameplay.

The graphics need some work but that's an easy fix. The eyes are scary but i believe that's intentional.

I'd change  the layout so its not just mainly in a straight line.

played to the end and enjoyed it, no visible bugs I can see, the strength were the puzzles and the eyes following the mouse. the weakness is the art style is very basic but otherwise well done!

Really liked the puzzle element of the game encouraging the player to search the environment to find items and progress through the game, and the eyes tracking the mouse is a really cool and unique feature.

I do feel the game lacks a solid sense of direction as most of the playthrough left me questioning what was going on and what my objective was, further hindered by the visual style and awkward placement of some walls/blockades.

I think with some updated visuals and more defined directions or cohesive story will make the game more enjoyable and easier to understand.

Bugs:

When moving to the right part of the level I was able to exit the map by clicking the pink blocks (although that is a mechanic in the game).

Strengths:

Despite the game is currently made of coloured blocks I understood what I was looking at when clicking the different

Weaknesses:

There isn't much on what is going on what the player's goal is when playing through the game.

Changes or Improvements:

Giving the coloured blocks some sprites and a bit more direction with what the player has to do.

Also telling the player they can click of different objects on the screen would help show the game better.

interested to see what the gameplay is like. I feel like sometimes one eye moves separate to the other I'm not sure if this is intended or not. eye is really cool and unique feature
